Power animal t-shirts – How it all began
I was born in Kenya and I grew up reading and listening to animal folktales, proverbs, wise sayings and riddles. When my parents or grandma wanted to teach me something, they would use a folktale, riddle or a proverb. In my culture, animals are used as a creative and fun way to learn, offer moral lessons and develop self- esteem.
